Arm was sore; Lethargic; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via other manufacturer and described the occurrence of pain in arm in a 71-year-old male patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included pegcetacoplan solution for infusion (batch number 3193599 with expiry date 31-OCT-2027) for product used for unknown indication. The patient's past medical history included colonoscopy (patient had colonoscopy). On an unknown date, the patient received Bexsero and pegcetacoplan (subcutaneous) 1080 mg. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero and an unknown time after starting pegcetacoplan, the patient experienced pain in arm (Verbatim: Arm was sore) and lethargy (Verbatim: Lethargic). The action taken with pegcetacoplan was unknown. The outcome of the pain in arm and lethargy were unknown. It was unknown if the reporter considered the pain in arm and lethargy to be related to Bexsero and Bexsero Pre-Filled Syringe Device.
