Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

patient that received their First dose in JAN-2025 / Second Late Dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 41-year-old female patient who did not receive HAB (Twinrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Twinrix (received the first dose in JAN-2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Twinrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: patient that received their First dose in JAN-2025 / Second Late Dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
