I need a second dose of Shingrix vaccination and I lost my medication insurance I had my first dose at the end of October 2025; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received in OCT-2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: I need a second dose of Shingrix vaccination and I lost my medication insurance I had my first dose at the end of October 2025). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 11-MAY-2026 The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
