Extra dose to a pregnant patient; Drug Exposure During Pregnancy; Drug Exposure During Pregnancy; This non-serious prospective pregnancy case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a 39-year-old female patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number BZ9KH) for prophylaxis. On 27-MAY-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Boostrix. On 08-APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced vaccine exposure during pregnancy (Verbatim: Drug Exposure During Pregnancy). On 27-MAY-2026, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: Extra dose to a pregnant patient) and vaccine exposure during pregnancy (Verbatim: Drug Exposure During Pregnancy).
