Symptom narrative

Patient called 6/5/26 am and stated she received shingrix vaccine and was experiencing symptoms of intense headache not relieved by tylenol, intense nausea, swollen and redness on her arm spreading up to her shoulder and down to her hands, as well as tingling in her finger tips starting around 5 am this morning. Patient state she has never had an adverse event to any vaccine before and this was very irregular for her. I advised her to contact her PCP to which she responded it would take many days to get in so I then recommended that she go to a walk in clinic to get assessed. Patient has not called with any update on her visit or change in symptoms but will reach out to her again for follow up.
