Symptom narrative

30 min- headache lasted 18 days. 1 hr arm/ shoulder pain lasted 4 months. 3 hr body aches lasted4 months.5 hrs hip joint pain still ongoing. 3-5 hrs fatigue still ongoing. Overnight pain in shoulders and neck lasted 6 months. 24 hrs shortness of breathe extreme lasted 4 months with black outs with activity, now has become asthma. Chest pain lasted 11 months until asthma was diagnosed and treated. 11months out was diagnosed with long covid and asthma due to vaccine.

Allergies

Allergy to Dilaudid, kiwi, and coconut.
