Symptom narrative

RN walked patient out to lobby alongside mother and brother. Patient suddenly spaced out, mother grabbed onto her arms to get her attention but there was no response. Patient briefly lost consciousness as we lowered her to the ground and mother was instructed to let go of her as her legs were raised. Patient consciousness returned as soon as legs were raised, ice pack was placed behind neck and juice/snacks were provided. Patient kept another 10mins post episode for monitoring. Blood pressure checked prior to letting patient go home; BP 106/75 HR 86. Education provided to mother in case of reoccurrence in the future.
