The product did not have any temperature excursions; This spontaneous report was received from an office manager and referred to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, past medications, and concomitant medications were not reported. On 03-Jun-2026, the patient was inadvertently administered an expired dose of Hepatitis B Vaccine (Recombinant) 5mcg/0.5mL (RECOMBIVAX HB) Injection, 0.5 mL, total (Batch/lot number X024135 has been verified to be a valid batch lot number for Hepatitis B Vaccine [Recombinant] 5mcg/0.5mL, expiration date reported and confirmed as 21-May-2026) administered for prophylaxis by a health professional (route of administration and anatomical location were not provided) (Expired product administered). The product did not undergo any temperature excursions. No symptoms or additional adverse events (AEs) were reported.
