No side effects or symptoms have been reported; patient received CAPVAXIVE while improperly stored; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist concerning a 74-year-old male patient. His medical history, past medications, concurrent conditions, concomitant medications and drug reactions/allergies were not reported. On unreported date, doses of Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) underwent a temperature excursion at a temperature of 15.3 degrees Celsius (C), during a time frame of 720 hours, 0 minutes, 0 seconds with no previous temperature excursion. On 16-Apr-2026, the patient was vaccinated with an improperly stored dose of Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) injection, 0.5 mL, batch/lot number Z013655, expiration date 11-Aug-2027 (dosage regimen, anatomical location and route of administration were not reported), administered as prophylaxis (product storage issue).
