Symptom narrative

Received the First Dose, Then was Non-Compliant with the 2nd; Initial report received on 21-May-2026. A pharmacist in the US (CT) reported that a 31-year-old female ( race, ethnicity not provided) received the first dose of HEPLISAV-B (hepatitis B vaccine) for hepatitis B immunization and has not received the second dose yet. Medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. On 13-Oct-2025, the patient received dose 1 of a hepatitis B vaccine [HEPLISAV-B (Lot # 946902, expiration date 23-Nov-2027, NDC # 43528-003-05, route and site not available)]. As of the time of reporting, 220 days or approximately seven months after having been vaccinated with the first dose HEPLISAV-B, the patient has not received the second dose of HEPLISAV-B yet. There were no reported issues regarding the first dose. No additional information was provided.
