Symptom narrative

Patient came in to the pharmacy on 6/5/2026 and informed us that she had to go to urgent care for a reaction that was the result of the two vaccines she received on 6/2/2026. She stated that she noticed redness on both of her arms on 6/3/2026. I noticed the redness on both arms, but it was not at injection site; it was a little lower. Redness on left arm looked contained with a small bruise the size of a quarter. Whereas, on the right arm, redness seemed to be all over with no visible bruise. She went to Urgent Care on 6/5/2026 with complaints of redness, soreness, and some burning. She was prescribed prednisone 20mg tablet, mupirocin 2% ointment, and cefadroxil 500mg capsule. She denied having any other symptoms. She stated that she felt fine overall and that she is sensitive and doesn't usually do well with vaccines.
