Symptom narrative

patient stated that approximately 1 month after vaccination, he began having shingles breakouts/rashes on inner calves, around torso, ribs/abdomen. he described them as "dry bumps" which caused "stinging- nerve stinging". He stated he has shingles in the ear about 2 years prior to vaccination.
