Symptom narrative

Rash on L arm, occurred 30 min after injection, started with circular erythematous lesions on L upper arm and forearm. The lesions have increased in size over the past few days. Treating with topical benadryl to help with itching. Also had some tingling on her tongue that lasted briefly.
