Symptom narrative

Syncope with loss of consciousness and sweating. Patient went in and out of consciousness 2-3 times (5-6 seconds at a time). He started sweating profusely. We laid him on the floor with legs up on bench, Gave him ice packs to hold for distraction as well as to place on body to cool down. Patient was observed for 10 minutes on the floor, then moved to sitting against the wall for 10 minutes, then sitting in a chair for 10 minutes before trying to stand. Blood pressure when sitting was 107/94. He was stable when he left.
