Symptom narrative

few years later, maybe 2 or 3 years, she received her second shot; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) solution for injection for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received her first Shingrix vaccine shot few years ago). Concurrent medical conditions included anxiety, depression, neuropathy and spondylosis. Concomitant products included buspirone, gabapentin, tramadol and sertraline hydrochloride (Zoloft). On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: few years later, maybe 2 or 3 years, she received her second shot). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable.
