Pt described the feeling that he gets after he would normally get a Supartz shot in his knees; he said with in about 10 minutes after getting the shot it felt like his knees were swelling up inside, becoming quite uncomfortable to walk, he became quite unsteady on his feet to the point that he said he had to sit down at his house for a bit. H said he almost felt like he needed to use his cane for support for a little while. It was about an hour since he had received the shot that he came back in to report to me what he was feeling, and was feeling a little more steady on his feet. I tried to call him at about 1 hr and 45 min after his shot to see how he was doing, but couldn't reach him.
Only reported Knee pain and that he would get the Supartz injections for the pain for years
