Symptom narrative

Pharmacist reports a patient got two doses of Shingrix 3 days apart back in 2019, never got a valid second dose.; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) solution for injection for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included VARICELLA ZOSTER VACCINE RGE (CHO) (SHINGRIX). On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: Pharmacist reports a patient got two doses of Shingrix 3 days apart back in 2019, never got a valid second dose.). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date 04-JUN-2026 The reporter consented to follow up.
