Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Mild, Systemic: cellulitis-reported by pt-Medium, Additional Details: Pt walked back to the clinic on 6/1 to reports that she had a cellulitis in the area where she received the vaccine approx 2 days alter and she went to an urgent care and was started on Keflex and its getting much better
