Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Fever-Mild, Additional Details: Not an Adverse Report but reporting due to misfill. Pt was scheduled for a second dose of her hep b shot, but pt was accidentally given shingles shot. Pt completed series back in 2022. Pt was aware of the wrong vaccine administrated. Called the next day for a f/u. Pt reported light pain on the site of injection and mild fever at night.
