Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Confusion-Medium, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Systemic: Nausea-Medium, Systemic: Weakness-Mild, Additional Details: patient fainted after recieving covid vaccine, it was his first time to get covid vaccine, patient fainted for seconds and then was dizzy and pale, patient laid dawn with elevated leg until he felt better. we asked him to call 911 but he refused and said he is better. patient left the pharmacy after he was back to normal. called patient to follow up after 4 hours and he was ok no side effects except sore arm.
