HPV vaccine was administered, patient felt lightheaded and felt like vomiting, staff had patient lie back on bed, asked patient if had eaten recently, patient said no, staff went and got patient juice and snack. Staff went got clinical RN; they went checked on patient checked O2 stats and BP. Had patient sit in room for 15 min then patient felt okay, patient then left with parent.
