Symptom narrative

Mom messaged the evening after vaccines and said patient slept more after his vaccines for 3.5 hours (longer than normal) and then woke and was less/minimally responsive to stimulation and limp, he was fussy with decreased feeding and his oxygen saturations on their home monitor were bouncing around from the high 80's to 100, he had low grade fever. This lasted approximately 4 hours and then he returned to baseline later that evening.
