Suspected Vaccination failure; Shingles; had 3 shots; This serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of vaccination failure in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 3rd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced vaccination failure (Verbatim: Suspected Vaccination failure) (serious criteria GSK medically significant), shingles (Verbatim: Shingles) and extra dose administered (Verbatim: had 3 shots). The outcome of the vaccination failure was not reported and the outcome of the shingles was unknown and the outcome of the extra dose administered was not applicable.
