Pharmacy reached out to pt. to schedule the next delivery. Per the pt. "he is supposed to hold off on those until further notice as Round #1 went bad as the day after the vaccines were administered pt passed out and remained in hospital for 4 days, this episode per MD was attributed to a possible blood clot. Pt will follow up with MD to see what are the next steps and if he will continue with these vaccines or not."
