Symptom narrative

Everything from a CBG surgery to physical therapy for balance issues that caused a shoulder replacement after a fall. I am part of State University's Post Covid Recovery Program. Please work with these facilities who are trying to help those of us who suffer. I have since suffered from brain fog, balance issues, vision issues, confusion, etc. A good friend is going through the same thing.
