Symptom narrative

Patient states that he started having right arm pain the night after receiving his vaccination. Over the course of a month he states the arm pain is still there and sometimes radiates down his arm. Starting today 6/8/2026 he states he feels numbness and coldness in his right hand. He called in to report his adverse reaction so we can report it to VAERS. I advise the patient to follow up with is PCP to get further evaluated if there is any under lying issues that maybe causing his symptoms.
