The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's past medications were not reported. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. On 11-May-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated, Pediatric, 25 u/0.5mL Suspension for injection 64457227:4095 (VAQTA) (0.50 mL) (total) (Batch/Lot Number: Z014461) (Expiration date: 23-Apr-2027) (Dose Text: 0.5ml / Once) for prophylaxis. The vaccine was exposed to temperature excursion of 0.97 degrees Celsius for 27 hours 30 minutes (Product storage issue). There was no previous temperature excursion.
