Neck pain; feeling severe pain on her left arm and fingers; feeling severe pain on her shoulder and elbow; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of pain in arm in a 92-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included blood pressure (Blood pressure). On 23-MAY-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix (left arm). In MAY-2026, less than a week after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced pain in arm (Verbatim: feeling severe pain on her left arm and fingers) and shoulder pain (Verbatim: feeling severe pain on her shoulder and elbow). On an unknown date, the patient experienced neck pain (Verbatim: Neck pain). The patient was treated with morphine. The outcome of the pain in arm, shoulder pain and neck pain were not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the pain in arm, shoulder pain and neck pain to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK receipt date 02-JUN-2026 The patient was taking pills for thyroid and blood pressure. The pain got worse as the effect of Morphine was wearing off. Her pain was worse in her neck and shoulder and was radiating down to her elbow and fingers. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
