mild headache; fever; muscle and joint problems; muscle and joint problems; Flu-like symptoms; Initial information received on 29-May-2026 regarding an unsolicited valid non-serious case received from a non-healthcare professional (consumer). This case involves a 77-year-old female patient who experienced mild headache, fever, muscle and joint problems, and flu-like symptoms after receiving NVX-COV2705 (OMICRON JN. 1) Adjuvanted Vaccine (Nuvaxovid). The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s), vaccination(s), and family history were not provided. Concomitant medication(s) included cefalexin (Keflex 2000mg). In Oct-2025, the patient received a dose unknown, 1x (one time) dose of NVX-COV2705 (Omicron Jn.1) Adjuvanted Vaccine dispersion for injection (batch/lot number: asked but unknown; expiry date: unknown) (strength: unknown) via unknown route in an unknown administration site for immunization [Immunisation].
