Symptom narrative

customer received 1st Shingrix injection 6 years ago, but never followed up with the subsequent injections; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received the 1st Shingrix injection six years ago). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: customer received 1st Shingrix injection 6 years ago but never followed up with the subsequent injections). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt date: 04-JUN-2026 The patient had refused to provide the demographics.
