Symptom narrative

Reported Symptoms: 10037844:RASH; 10046735:URTICARIA; Narrative: 11/18/25 - Pt sent a message to his PCP that "I got this very weird rash on the same arm that I got the vaccine in which started to develop within an hour or two after the shot." Pt reported he thinks it's starting to heal but it itches and blisters like crazy when Benadyl wears off. PCP placed community care consult for Pt to be seen by allergist. 11/19/25 Rheumatology Visit present for a week. Rash is NOT located on elbows, knees, buttocks, groin, ears or scalp. Pt tried cortisone cream without complete resolution and finds Benadryl helpful for nighttime itching. Provider noted Pt developed rash after receiving influenza vaccine last week. Rash is "thick, itchy, lesions, worse at night, not classic psoriasis." Pt prescribed clobetasol twice daily x 14d. **no further report of rash** Other Relevant HX: no previous reactions to vaccines noted in chart Other: URTICARIA; RASH
