AE - Twinrix - Late dosing schedule; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 75-year-old male patient who received HAB (Twinrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Twinrix (received first dose in April 2018). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Twinrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: AE - Twinrix - Late dosing schedule). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 04-JUN-2026 On 06-APR-2026, a pharmacist called to report that a patient had received the first dose of Twinrix in April 2018. The pharmacist wanted to know whether the vaccine series needed to be restarted and how to proceed. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
