administration after below temperature excursion with a minimum temperature of 30-degree Fahrenheit for 2 hours; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number TL74Y) for prophylaxis. On 18-MAY-2026, the patient received Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: administration after below temperature excursion with a minimum temperature of 30-degree Fahrenheit for 2 hours). Additional Information: GSK receipt date 04-JUN-2026 On 04-JUN-2026, a Medical Assistant reported via chat a temperature excursion that had occurred on 11-May-2026 involving Boostrix, Engerix-B, Havrix, Menveo (1 vial), and Shingrix (PFS) vaccines. The reported minimum temperature was 0-degree Fahrenheit for approximately 2 hours. They reported 19 patients received vaccines following the excursion and inquired whether revaccination was necessary.
