Reported Symptoms: 10001760:ALOPECIA; Narrative: It was noted in the Primary Care Provider's note on 1/6/2026 that patient reported hair loss with Covid-19 vaccine (last dose 01/27/2023). Patient also received previous Covid-19 vaccines in 02/2021 and 10/2021. However, there were no PCP notes on 12/23/2020 and 08/10/2021 discussing hair loss problem then. It is unclear the extension of hair loss after COVID-19 vaccines; however, there have been case reports and systemic reviews with alopecia areata as a result of a proposed mechanism of T-cell mediated cytotoxicity.
