Symptom narrative

Reported Symptoms: 10037844:RASH; Narrative: 81 yo patient presents with a concern for a rash on his left lower leg, bilateral forearms, chest and upper back. Patient states the rash appeared approx. 2-3 days following his Pfizer COVID vaccine which he received at the end of Dec 2025. Patient states the rash was itchy. He tried OTC hydrocortisone 10, Benadryl and A&D. Patient is also on Fexofenadine for seasonal allergies. Patient states he has received a COVID vaccine every year, but usually he gets the Moderna, not the Pfizer. This is the first year he received and Pfizer vaccine. He states normally he gets a red swollen reaction at the site of the injection, but this year, he reports the reaction was more robust. Of note, patient had recently started tamsulosin which he has since discontinued. The rash had noted to be improving. Other Relevant HX: Other: RASH
