Reported Symptoms: 10013950:DYSPHAGIA; Narrative: Patient received HPV vaccine and reported to the ED for difficulty swallowing. No SOB, or difficulty breathing. However, no abnormalities were identified upon exam by physician. The patient was still treated with Benadryl, famotidine, and solu-medrol. Pt. declined epinephrine. The patient reported feeling better about 10 minutes after medications were administered. There was no recurrent stmptoms and she was counseled or precautions to take if symptoms return, and was advised not to continue with subsequent HPV vaccinations.
