Symptom narrative

Patient felt faint after receiving vaccines. He was sitting upright on the exam table. He told his mom he didn't feel well, mom thought he was messing around. Prior to getting vaccines he didn't want to get them. Patient passed out and hit his face on the ground. He had a lip injury due to falling. was given water and rested. he felt better and mom took him home.
