Unstable Boostrix after temperature excursion administration; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 54-year-old female patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number N4935 with expiry date 19-MAY-2028) for prophylaxis. On 08-APR-2026, the patient received Boostrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Unstable Boostrix after temperature excursion administration). The outcome of the incorrect storage of drug was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences.
