Unstable Boostrix after temperature excursion administration; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 54-year-old female patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number N4935 with expiry date 19-MAY-2028) for prophylaxis. On 08-APR-2026, the patient received Boostrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Unstable Boostrix after temperature excursion administration).
