Symptom narrative

Patient complained the next morning about a particularly sore arm (makes sense after 3 shots in the same arm), nausea, and dry heaves. Recommended hydration with Gatorade/Pedialyte, rest, and easy foods on the stomach (BRAT diet) for a couple of days, follow up with PCP if symptoms do not improve or worsen during the next 48 hours. Initial time frame after reporting today does not have final results, will follow up with patient in 48 hours. Did not seem severe, likely to resolve within that time frame.
