Unstable Engerix-B after temperature excursion administration; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 54-year-old female patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 947356 with expiry date 29-APR-2028) for prophylaxis. On 07-APR-2026, the patient received Boostrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Unstable Engerix-B after temperature excursion administration).
