2 hours after receiving YFV started to develop hives, which were larger on face and neck and much smaller on chest and back (all described by patient, she did not return to office as office was closed). Hives on chest and back were about 3mm, "like mosquito bites", hives (raised patches) on neck and face were more quarter size. These were itchy. She is not sure if she had some tightness in throat or if it was just anxiety as she recalls her heart beating faster as well. She was with father and took Xyzal 5pm and took a nap. 2 hours later they had disappeared when she woke up, except for some puffiness around her eyes which resolved by next morning. She had eaten a veggie sandwich right before this happened. She does note that she has eaten many veggie sandwiches like this one before.
