Arexvy expired dose administered; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 65-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) suspension for injection (batch number XH72Y with expiry date 18-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 05-JUN-2026, the patient received Arexvy. On 05-JUN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Arexvy expired dose administered). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 05-JUN-2026 A pharmacy student asked to give another dose.
