Inappropriate schedule of product administration

Symptom narrative

Patient received Rotavirus vaccine not in normal parameters of schedule and it was not needed. Patient's mother informed to watch patient for adverse affects of increased abdomen pain and possible intussusception to visit ER for evaluation. Pt did not get 2 month dose and was given 4 month dose.
