Symptom narrative

Patient had a Capvaxive immunization. She has a local reaction, redness on the side of the injection, an oval shape of 2.5 inches with some tenderness. I advised patient to put either benadryl or hydocortisone, but patient didnt want to buy. I advised patient to apply cold compress and waited a few days to get better. I called to follow up, patient did not pick phone so I left a message.
