Queasy; Fever; Fatigue; Headache; loss of appetite; Chills; Skin sensitive to touch all over; whole-body aches; pain in arm like someone had punched her; flat in bed for 36 hours; Extra dose administered/3rd dose administered; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of queasy in a 60-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) solution for injection for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix with an associated reaction of herpes zoster (please refer case for 1st and 2nd dose US2026AMR073345). On 31-MAY-2026, the patient received the 3rd dose of Shingrix. On 31-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: Extra dose administered/3rd dose administered). On an unknown date, the patient experienced queasy (Verbatim: Queasy), fever (Verbatim: Fever), fatigue (Verbatim: Fatigue), headache (Verbatim: Headache), appetite lost (Verbatim: loss of appetite), chills (Verbatim: Chills), sensitive skin (Verbatim: Skin sensitive to touch all over), general body pain (Verbatim: whole-body aches), pain in arm (Verbatim: pain in arm like someone had punched her) and bedridden (Verbatim: flat in bed for 36 hours). The outcome of the queasy, fever, fatigue, headache, appetite lost, chills, sensitive skin, general body pain, pain in arm and bedridden were resolved and the outcome of the extra dose administered was not applicable. It was unknown if the reporter considered the queasy, fever, fatigue, headache, appetite lost, chills, sensitive skin, general body pain, pain in arm and bedridden to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 01-JUN-2026 and 02-JUN-2026 The patient received third dose in 2026 and all the same symptoms again, but not as severe and they all resolved 4 days later. The patient was advised to get another Shingrix shot and waited almost a year after the shingles infection to get another shot of Shingrix. Patient always had a very strong reaction to the vaccine. The patient asked question that if need to get an additional Shingrix shot in 2-6 months, or 3rd shot sufficient to provide immunity. She had some autoimmune/inflammation issues. Nothing diagnosable, just elevated C-reactive protein, sedimentation rate. She was not on any immunosuppressive medication.
