received a dose of this vaccine on 27May2026, and then another on 28May2026; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 1-day-old female patient who received HBV (Engerix B) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number D3X3E with expiry date 20-AUG-2027) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included HEPATITIS B VACCINE RHBSAG (YEAST) (ENGERIX B). On 28-MAY-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Engerix B. On 28-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: received a dose of this vaccine on 27May2026, and then another on 28May2026). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was not applicable.
