Symptom narrative

Pt present at pharmacy on 06/10/26 stating that after receiving the vaccine, she had muscle pain at injection site for a week, and the pain/numbness has expended to the whole arm towards to the pinky finger creating tension like arthritis type symptoms like having hard time lifting the pinky finger (left side) also having numb in the wrist area. pt stated the pain/numbness did not happen consistently but still happens periodically.
