Symptom narrative

Pt came to the immunization clinic after a 15 hour shift and gotten their anthrax, smallpox, & typhoid shot. They were told to wait for 15 minutes for any side-effects associated with the smallpox. Around the 15 min mark, they presented and exhibited profuse sweating and light-headedness. No pain just nausea. Initial vitals: BP-99/64, P-50, SpO2-97, T-97.6F Nausea rating- 8/10 . After 5 minutes vitals: BP-121/74, P-54, SpO2-97, T-97.6F Nausea rating- 4/10.
