Symptom narrative

Patient stated she was fine on Monday(6/8/26). On 6/9/26, had a fever up to 101, myalgias and arm was hot and more painful. Developed a fever of 101 on 6/9/26, on 6/10/26 was a low grade fever. Feeling fatigue and achy. Arm still hurts and is very itchy. Then got urticarial rash that has started on abdomen.

Current illness

Allergies but not sure to what, Hypothyroidism, and lower back pain.
