I received vaccination (Unspecified vaccine) for COVID two or three times before that and I got COVID; I received vaccination (Unspecified vaccine) for COVID two or three times before that and I got COVID; long COVID; Fatigue; Headache; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. An elderly male patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) and as dose 3 (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history was not reported. There were no concomitant medications. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (hospitalization, medically significant), COVID-19 (hospitalization, medically significant), outcome "not recovered" and all described as "I received vaccination (Unspecified vaccine) for COVID two or three times before that and I got COVID"; POST-ACUTE COVID-19 SYNDROME (hospitalization), outcome "not recovered", described as "long COVID"; FATIGUE (non-serious), outcome "recovered"; HEADACHE (non-serious), outcome "recovered". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of drug ineffective, covid-19, post-acute covid-19 syndrome, fatigue, headache. Clinical course: Patient noticed side effects and he had side effect significant. The side effect he had was the, he got the vaccination in the afternoon and the following day he had fatigue, slight headache it lasted for about one and half day. When clarified if it was Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine, Consumer stated, "he do not know which one he got but it was on back and your phone was on the back on this form, that was what on the COVID-19. Beginning in the morning when he woke up the following day and that was for at least a day and half or two days. It said to report it so he called. He was a doctor but he was no longer practice he was just another patient who got the dose. They did not give any details they just gave the injection and said go that was where he sat there for few minutes to make sure there was no original initial adverse reaction, the adverse reaction occurred the following morning when he woke up he could not get out of the bed he was very sick. Consumer stated, he have other medical condition but he was not taking any medicine. He had long COVID. He received vaccination (Unspecified vaccine) for COVID two or three times before that and he got COVID, he had long COVID was hospitalized that he was supposed to be die he did not he was now about three years over that long COVID and he still have symptoms that have not done any better. Date and time of vaccination, Consumer stated, Well 3 days ago, the 3rd approximately of Jun of this year. When clarified if it was 03Jun2026, Consumer stated, Yes that was good enough. Age at the time of event, Consumer stated, It was just a few days ago, 87 and 11 months (Age could not be captured due to tab limitation).
